We offer optionally premium packaging that you can see here. It is a handmade box coated in canvas-like paper. You can buy at the above link or on your cart page. We have several dimensions, and we will pick the one that best fits your pieces. Each box has the same price.

With every purchase, we provide you with a nice booklet. It holds a story about making porcelain pieces and about Boya. In addition, is a certificate explaining the maintenance rules and containing the guarantee on porcelain and gold quality, hand-signed by Bojana.

According to your preferences, we give these in English or Serbian.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. We use eco-friendly honey combpacking paper. You can see more on our packaging here.

We were sending with success bigger parcels overseas. Our biggest shipping so far was 32 plates to the USA. None broke.

Although rarely, breakings do happen. Customers are always offered to choose between a full refund and sending the new pieces. The all possible new expenses are on us.

Tableware

Yes, of course, and we love such orders. Still, we can only fulfill some wishes, so let's talk.

Most importantly, custom-made private orders are about the enjoyable and close collaboration between you and me.

I will listen to you a lot. Then I will ask you some questions. After a few meetings, we both agree on the design. After that, I make samples, which we both need to approve.

Let's start with direct contact. Check a story about one beautiful collaboration here.

We do not work after a ready-made design. We would be dishonest to ourselves and eventually to you.

The production time varies because of the size of the order and a possible waiting list.

For custom-made pieces, please add 30% to the initial price of a piece.

For any questions on this topic, don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail.

No matter whether handmade or industrial porcelain, the same rules applied:

All pieces are dishwasher and oven friendly. The gold applications are going to fade out gradually. We are talking about a few years, but that is the nature of gold. For the longer life of the application, wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge or in a dishwasher at lower temperatures (40 C/105 F).

If gold or any other metal is applied, don't use it in a microwave.

Always go for gradual heating and cooling to avoid temperature shock. Be sure not to pull porcelain from a fridge and place it in a hot oven.

Please note that the non-glazed surfaces are not 100% stain-proof. It is essential to clean food from these surfaces timely (i.e., do not leave it that way overnight) to keep the piece blemish free. If this still happens, warm water mixed with baking soda is a great, lightly abrasive cleaner for non-glazed surfaces. Use a scrub or bristle brush to clean with the mixture to remove stains.

Sure! We offer handmade boxes if you wish, and every purchase comes with a certificate of quality. We also have our own greeting cards that we will be glad to write for you.

Important: In order to be able to offer you these shipping fees and no-custom-fee benefits to European customers, an invoice must be included in the package.

We consider wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis.
Our wholesale prices depend on the size and the type of the order and the marketing potential we see in your order.
